The trademark registration process in Morocco generally takes 8–12 months if no objections or oppositions are raised. Once examined and accepted, the application is published in the Official Trademark Gazette for a 2-month opposition period.
If no opposition is filed, the trademark is officially registered by OMPIC and a Trademark Registration Certificate is issued. Registered trademarks remain valid for 10 years from the filing date.
